SuperAngel.Fund is an early-stage fund led by Ben Zises that invests in Consumer, PropTech & Future of Work 😇.
[UPDATE] Fund II is now backed by Strawberry Tree Management, an institutional LP and investment advisor to the AngelList Systematic Fund-of-Funds. Their strategy leverages proprietary data, predictive modeling and quantitative analysis across 25,000+ funds and 13,000 startups on AngelList. Based on their core performance metric—used as a predictor of future investment success—we are ranked in the top 1% of active managers as of April 1, 2025.
Here is an excerpt from their signed commitment letter:
"We are excited to add Ben Zises’s Fund II, a series of SuperAngel.vc, LP to the portfolio of our Systematic Fund-of-Funds. Ben has one of the highest scores (out of hundreds of active GPs on the AngelList platform) by our preferred predictor for future investment success... Dear Friends,
After investing over $20m into 100+ companies, it is clear that we have built one of the leading brands and established one of the most powerful networks and strongest reputations in the industry. While it is still early in the lifecycle of our portfolio, I have never felt more excited about the performance of our investments and the differentiated strategy that we are executing.
Now, I am excited to announce the launch of my new website and that I have opened SuperAngel.Fund II, our first traditional fund vehicle, to capitalize on the market position that we have created.
As for timing, we have started to accept commitments and are targeting a $250k+ range, while reserving space for existing partners at a lower minimum. Please note that contributions are not all due upfront. 10% of the commitment will be called on signing with plans to call 10% each subsequent quarter over a ~2 year period.
Due to regulatory constraints the fund also has a limited number of slots. As such, we are prioritizing existing LPs, founders, and those in their network before inviting others to join.

Before sharing the new fund details with a wider audience I am also looking to bring on early commitments from a more selective and strategic investor base.
In addition to the financial diversification and upside potential that investing in a venture capital fund provides, LPs will be invited to join the Super Angel Network 🌐.
The Super Angel Network will comprise a diverse community of founders, operators, venture capital investors, and agency partners who support each other and the inspiring founders across our portfolio.
Members will be listed on our new website to showcase the breadth and depth of our community and to promote more direct connections. It will also provide unique exposure via the visibility that comes with this partnership. Our goal is to deliver greater access, transparency, support, communication, and most importantly, returns to all stakeholders.
While we aspire to invest in founders that do not need our help to be successful, we have seen first hand the value that our community has brought to our companies, including: fundraising support, hiring, sales/ business development, and the other ways in which we can offer an unfair competitive advantage.
One other benefit to being in the Super Angel Network is exclusive access to no-fee / no-carry direct co-invest opportunities. Outside of any SPVs that we may offer, our plan is to highlight breakout companies in our portfolio that are raising capital and facilitate direct introductions.
